We had a water leak in our kitchen and it flooded the kitchen. I called Benjamin Franklin and they came within 40 mins.Did an excellent and quick job of fixing the broken pipe behind the wall and got the water turned on in no time.This is my second time using them and I highly recommend them.Services: Plumbing leak detection

Jared Patterson and his colleague did an absolutely amazing job, to repair the damage made by another company. They did not leave until I had running water(5 hours) They had to dig and jack hammer through rocks to get to the underground pipes. They cleaned up and put the grass they had carefully cut back in place. He kept me informed and was super professional. Rep. Showed up on time and did a great job, cleaning up when done snaking out the sink in the upstairs sink. My only issue was the pricetag - based on the task and not the length of time needed. The clog was gone in 6 and a half minutes - cleaned up ang gone in 15 minutes. Price tag was approx. $450.
