I'm so happy I called Christian at Adept. He responded quickly and was very helpful in getting things set up for a quick repair. I will refer to him as "old school" because he knew what he was doing and provided excellent service. He helped me by fixing things instead of replacing things saving me a lot of money. He also informed me that my Pfister faucets had lifetime warranties and by calling company I could get free replacement parts saving me more money. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. Showed up 30min early ! For my appointment and did an excellent job clearing my drain. Really incredible service. 100% recommend to everyone; I will never use anyone else.

Called about some corrosion on an attic water heater. Everything was working fine with it, I was just concerned. They arrived within the hour, loved my dogs, took time to explain what they were doing and why, and replaced just what needed to be replaced. The previous plumber wanted me to sign a service contract on a new water heater install for $4000-$5000. Not sure when I'll need a plumber again, but I know who I'll call.
