“I have used On Point the past few years for my washing machine and my refrigerator and they were honest and knowledgeable for both. My fridge deli drawer kept freezing over and they came out and fixed it within a day or two of calling. As for my washing machine, they were not able to fix it because it was a motherboard issue with parts that were no longer available for my specific model. He gave me a few ideas of ways to get as much life out of it as possible and it continued for another 6 months using those suggestions. They had a $75 charge for coming out which I thought was fair even though they were not able to fix it. I would recommend using On Point for your appliance repairs because they are timely, friendly, honest and fair.“
