“Recently, we had one of our arch windows fail. The fog between the glass returned. I thought they would come out and look at it. No, they asked which window and said they would get it ordered. Then, when the window came in, they called and scheduled an install day. The installers showed up early, removed the glass, and replaced it. It was simple and easy. All at no cost. I am very happy with the decision to go with Window World. We have used them on other homes in other states. Each location is like a franchise but every location we have been involved with has been great. The Austin location is very friendly and professional.“

Quality of work is solid and the work crews were polite, professional and on time.There was a miscommunication between the salesman and the crews so my gutters were removed by mistake. They could not be reinstalled due to the damage incurred during removal. It did take an email and a phone call but they installed new gutters at no cost to me and they look great.“

Thorough, immediately sent pictures I requested of available products, and followed up with me. When I went into the store to look in person about 2 weeks later, I spoke with Nick. He wrote up a quote and told me he would email me right away with additional prices I requested, but 5 days later, I've never heard from him again, even after I sent him an email to follow up. I reached out to Arthur again and he was amazing. Instantly got me all the information I needed, answered questions, and consistent, prompt, proactive follow through every single time. “I will start this review at the very beginning of my experience with Statewide. First introduction to the company was the wonderful and knowledgeable Tiffany and Sherry. They were incredibly patient and thorough with their process, explained everything and answered all of my questions.....sometimes more than once to ensure that I completely understood the entire process and understood exactly what I was purchasing and how. There were no surprises in this process on the product side and the finance side. So job well done to you both. Next were the installers, now that is another powerful team. Both Amador and Juan were incredibly diligent, professional and also friendly. They showed up right on time, again, confirmed exactly what they were going to install to make sure it's exactly what I ordered. As soon as I said "Yes, that is what I ordered" they got to work. They stayed focused and and worked hard the whole time they were here and were very patient with me as my wife insisted on step by step pictures. Meaning I had to interrupt their momentum about 6 or 7 times which personally would irritate me, but Amador and Juan were, again, very patient and friendly when I asked to take the pictures. Once the job was finished Amador walked me through my new beautiful shower and it was even better than I had anticipated. They did an incredible job and left my bathroom cleaner than when they showed up. So job well done gentlemen. Next was Jackie, about the time Amador and Juan were finished and were in their cleaning process. Jackie stopped by and confirmed quality of the install and made sure I was happy with the end result and made sure I didn't have any additional questions. About a week later I thought I noticed that the doors were a little off line. So I called Jackie and he picked up and was quick to ensure me that the glass doors were fine and that I was actually closing the wrong door on the wrong side. It was before my coffee so I was a little embarrassed that it was that simple. However Jackie did not make me feel dumb and was very patient. Thank you for your politeness and professionalism. Next is Devin and Michelle. Another big praise for those two for following up making sure I was happy with my install and assured me I can always call if I had any questions or issues. Also, there was a miscommunication between my wife and the lender we decided to go with and they were prompt to confirm with me that the lender, Aqua, was the correct lender and made sure that everything was exactly what I had agreed on. I appreciate the follow ups and diligence from you two and in fact, thank you Team Statewide. You all did a phenomenal job and all I would say is to keep training the way your training and keep hiring the type of personnel that you assigned to me.“

Lamar was our sales representative who went through our house with us and the different option that could significantly upgrade both the quality and look of our home. He was extremely knowledgeable but also provided us with different options and configurations that we could choose between. He was thorough but not overly aggressive at selling the windows, and he was communicative afterwards in telling us when the windows were ordered, completed, and ready for installation.The installation was extremely clean and efficient. The team came in, laid down blankets over our furniture, did our 13 windows in 7 hours and cleaned up after themselves. They even helped me move a heavy TV stand upstairs (above and beyond). Steve led a great team who knew what they were doing, and they gave us a nice walkthrough when they were all done to see if we had any questions or issues.Overall, an amazing experience with Titan.
