“Very responsive, listened carefully to concerns about gutters/downspouts and drainage. Provided options to us/didn’t pressure us to upgrade. Crew came out and walked us through process of replacing some of the inefficient gutters underneath live oaks. Then they went to work all day installing and clearing gutters on our steep roof. At the end of the job, tech walked us around the house to show their work and told us if we had any concerns about gutter pitch or anything else, to give them a call and they’d come out and adjust.
