I wanted to let everyone to know how very impressed I am with Johnny and LOA. He did exactly what he promised and then some. They exceeded my expectations! He walked me through the insurance process. Let me know what my options were. Never was pushy and he gave many options on color and difference of shingles. What I feared would be a stressful process was simple and very smooth. Johnny even came back the following day to walk my home with me to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Johnny and Loa!

I highly, highly recommend MJ if you’re looking to have your roof repaired or really for any work on your home. He’s trustworthy, conscientious, knowledgeable, and you can tell that he takes immense pride in his work and relationships. He worked on weekdays, weekends, morning or evening. If there was an issue, he took responsibility (even if he had nothing to do with the issue) and fixed it. Every time. We are incredibly happy with and grateful for the improvements to our home and recommend MJ and LOA without reservation!!

LOA turned a burst pipe fiasco into an absolute blessing. We are thrilled with the work Sam directed in what turned into a major redo of our mid-century modern home in South Austin. From start to finish over our three months of working together, Sam and his teams were professional, punctual and skilled at their trades.
