I recently engaged Jason and his team at StormGuard after my home sustained some fairly devestating hail damage. This was a brand new house and the first time I’d ever had to make a claim on my homeowners insurance. From the start they helped me navigate the experience of working with them, their subcontractors and my insurance provider. They were very transparent about what needed to be done to restore my house to its previous condition. What I thought was going to be a stressful and long road to its restoration ended up being easy and fairly quick. Their team was communicative, responsive and eager to help. Stormgaurd did a fantastic on both my house and my rental property after a baseball size hailstorm in Austin in September. Both houses look better than before the storm. They were easy to deal with and they delivered within what insurance covered. Highly recommend.
Storm Guard was great to work with! After a major hail storm, Jason, Dave and Denisse were very helpful from start to finish of the process. Roof replacement, siding replacement and painting, even window screens! They helped with the communication with my insurance, and were happy to explain things anytime I needed. Highly recommend!
