I did not actually purchase doors yet, but did work with them to get some quotes. I originally talked with Arthur. Great customer service. Thorough, immediately sent pictures I requested of available products, and followed up with me. When I went into the store to look in person about 2 weeks later, I spoke with Nick. He wrote up a quote and told me he would email me right away with additional prices I requested, but 5 days later, I've never heard from him again, even after I sent him an email to follow up. Door Outlet was one of the best experiences we had during our home project.They came recommended us and upon arriving at the warehouse, we were immediately greeted and helped by Stephen. He was super patient, answered all our questions, and was very communicative during and after our pitch.Their warehouse has tons of choices at a variety of prices - when we finally made up our minds they accommodated our budget and our delivery timing.All in all, a great experience and would highly recommend

I got to pause and say how great it was working with door outlet. They have great prices but the quality and customer service is exceptional. We had a major renovation on our house and they helped us and delivered custom doors on time for what we needed. Thank you again Alfredo and team!
