This was hands down the best window experience ever and I have done several remodels over the years. They sell all brands, there is no “hard sell” - the owner, Jesse is extremely pragmatic and knowledgeable about all of the brands including those that consumers don’t hear of often. The installers set a date, showed up on time, did a great and careful job, cleaned up. It’s like the “old days” - trustworthy business, good quality work, no surprises.

I live in Plano Texas and unfortunately TX Window Store does not come up this far as of yet.I spoke with Jesse this afternoon. He had no reason to help me except say; "Hey, I'm sorry we don't do Dallas."However, he didn't. What he did do, is answer all of my questions, gave me recommendations, told me the pros and cons of the different window construction and type, as well as several things to look out for.It is people like Jesse that allows me to still have faith in people. He was incredibly knowledgeable, nice, patient, and helpful.I am actually sad that Texas Window Store and Jesse don't provide service in north Dallas.If your interested in knowing more about my conversation...read full review

I had gotten a few quotes for windows and Texas Window Store had a very competitive price for my project. Not only did I have replacement windows put in, I had a custom window put where there was no window, which is bit more complicated. All the windows turned out beautiful and the installation process was clean, efficient and professional. Thanks guys!
