“This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!“

I'd never done any Pilates before, but Vicki helped me truly fall in love with it. After a few months of working with her privately, supplemented by group classes, my entire body is feeling (& looking) SO much better that I don't think I could ever *stop* doing Pilates, even if I move away from Austin. Vicki is smart, thoughtful, attentive, professional, and experienced. More than that--her reputation precedes her among other Pilates instructors in Austin. “This place is truly my happy place and I’m so glad that I found it last year. Compared to other studios, this one is very welcoming to all experience levels. Most of the members are very kind and non-cliquey. It’s a good sign to see instructors taking classes in their free time. There is only one instructor that I am not a fan of, but the rest are so encouraging and provide great form correctors. Special shoutout to Lonan, Jabree, Joslyn, and Kelly for curating such a positive energy and vibe.“

“I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.“

“Can absolutely say I love it here. It’s the highlight of my week coming here. As a weightlifter very focused on form and nothing erratic, I was skeptical. The instructors are very focused on slow and controlled movements with good form. Taking these classes have helped my weightlifting significantly. If you want coaches that are obviously the best of the best, I’d recommend this place.“
