Did a good job hemming sleeves of blazers at the wrist. The work was done quickly and on time. I hoped they would also help a blazer with complicated buttons but they said they wouldn't because it wouldn't look good. I appreciated that they were honest rather than do it and it turned out poorly. It's cash-only.

Walked in last few hours of a Saturday and asked if they could hem a pair of pants for me. Told him I needed them by Monday. Immediately took them without hesitation and finished them for me by end of work day on such short notice. Incredible customer service and the pants fit and look amazing. I couldn't recommend Master Tailors enough. I've taken several pairs of pants for alteration here and every time they've come back exactly how I wanted them to. The owner is a straight-up guy and will be honest with you. Most recently I took a pair to him that was very large and he told me he could do it, but it would cost a lot of money, and that I'd be better off exchanging for a smaller size and then coming back.
