This review is over a year overdue, but I was driving by Jam this week and remembered I forgot to leave a review after the amazing customer service I received last year. I don't wear a suit often, so I took my suit to the dry cleaner the day before a big event and had it pressed and it came back looking like the lining and the cloth had separated creating really bad wrinkles on the front part of the jacket. I brought the suit to Maria hoping she could fix it last minute before my big event. She called me and told me the suit was fine and didn't need any alterations, and that the dry cleaner just did a bad job pressing it, which caused the appearance of the lining separating...read full review

Took my leather jacket to get repaired two different spots before Jam. The first spot the glue didn't hold and the second spot recommended I go to Jam. All alternations are done in house here which is a huge plus. The staff was super sweet and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Maria at Jam Alterations is a magician. I brought her a red strappy A-line Jovani cocktail dress on Tuesday morning requiring some complex changes (it was a touch too small around the bodice, way too small in the cups, and had loose straps). I completely gave her the reins and agreed to all of her tailoring suggestions (loosening the bodice, tightening support straps and repositioning decorative back straps, removing bust padding, removing boning, and more).
