“When I arrived everyone was very welcoming and I was taken to the back in seconds no waiting. The associate who help get my all my tests done was quick and very polite through the whole process. Was in the room in minutes and Dr. Hopping was in the room soon after the associate had all my data from test ready for his evaluation. Dr. Hopping was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He explained all the results and talked me through his plan to keep my eyes healthy. He gave me a lot of information on how to help keep my eyes in good conditions. The associate that helped me with my fittings for glasses was very helpful and understood what I was looking for in glasses. I am so happy with my visit it was a hour long and I feel that everyone was very friendly. They did an awesome job giving me a what I needed to keep my eye sight on track.“

“Dr. Tran is very sweet and thorough. Not only that she values her patients and provides great customer service. Carolyn the receptionist was also very sweet and provides great customer service as well. It’s a shame more businesses are not like this. Dr. Tran takes the time to get to know you and asked about my family and work and remembered details I told her even though it had been an entire year since I had last seen her, and I’ll admit I was surprised she remembered and that made an impression on me. I never got this when I went to Walmart for my vision exams even though I saw the same eye doctor year after year.

She wipes down every piece of equipment before using it. She did way more for my eye exam than Walmart ever did. I’m pretty sure I was in and out at Walmart and Dr. Tran spent at least 45 minutes with me. I wish I had found Dr. Tran sooner because this is the type of small, family owned business you want to support.“

“Dr. Minh is very friendly, kind, professional, and highly skilled in his work. I was seen right away without any wait at my appointment. He explains everything about the examination in a very sincere manner. He takes his time, thoroughly follows up, gathers the necessary results, and summarizes them clearly for you. The office staff are also very warm and friendly. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend him as an eye doctor.

Instead of helping me, they actually made me feel like i was seeing worse so I decided to get a second prescription from Dr Lau.Every other time i have went to see an optometrist, it is the same quick flipping of the lenses back and forth, and off you go with a prescription.Not with Dr Lau, she patiently and diligently and painstakingly made sure that she had the best possible prescription for my eyes. She instilled new ideas , which while simple , i had never heard of being used before, such as focusing on a particular part of a particular letter.Instead of feeling like a number and being hurried through, Dr Lau has helped me get the correct glasses! “I came upon Dr. Nguyen, Advanced Eye Care after an uncomfortable visit at another clinic earlier in the morning. Due to my discomfort I was worked in same day. From the moment of Dr. Nguyen first encounter I knew that I was in good hands. Dr. Nguyen is very skilled and takes time to inform and treat present and possibly future issues. Although I had to experience an unfortunate experience which could’ve caused permanent damage it was a blessing in disguise because I now have a great specialist that I am completely comfortable with.
