We have been seeing Mrs. Lau for years. her office is not crowded, despite being located in baybrook mall. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 5-10 minutes waiting. She’s thorough and takes time to be available for her patients. Highly recommend!
I recently visited an optometry office and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and inviting and answered all of my questions. Dr. Lau took the time to explain everything she was doing any why. She was patient and understanding, and I never felt rushed during the any part of the exam.
Dr. Lay and her team are always professional yet care about you as an individual. It is because of Dr. Lao that we have been able to save my dad’s vision and get him the right treatment. She is an excellent doctor with great knowledge and skills and I am truly grateful she is my optometrist.
