First Dr. Gonzales was kind and patient with my children whom have special needs, them with my mom who spoke spanish. I finally got a chance to go for my annual checkup and she was very helpful and educated me on so many things!
I was in a meeting and a screw came out of my glasses. I called many vision shops, but they would not work on my glasses unless I bought something from them. I called Texas State Optical and they informed me that they would be closing soon, but they would wait a little until I could get there in order to get my lenses fixed and placed into my frames. I could barely see while driving and I had expressed the seriousness of why I needed that job done asap. Thank you very much for having empathy; now I can continue my day and drive safely on the road. Texas State Optical (Baybrook location)
Staff are super nice and attentive. I love the attention to detail when the examination is taking place and the thoroughness when explaining any sight changes. Definitely recommend!!!
