“I have been getting my yearly eye exam from Dr. Oliver for the past few years. Had I listened to him last August and used the specific eye drops he recommended for my allergies and dry eyes, I wouldn't have had to see him before my next annual eye exam. He explained the differences between the generic brands I was using and the name brands. My eyes were so inflamed I needed a short-term prescription steroid drop as well. By the next morning my eyes looked and felt so much better. Dr. Oliver is a knowledgeable, kind and caring optometrist. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered every single one. Dr. Smallwood was very accommodating, patient and informative. I like the way she took time to answer my questions in detail. Although I was a new patient , my wait time from checking in to seeing the doctor was surprisingly short.
The person that assisted me in selecting my frame also displayed great customer service. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. This was true a great customer experience!“
