“My daughter and I have been seeing the Faulkners since 2015. I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews as I've never had an issue with Drs Julie and Lee or their staff. In fact, they have always treated us kindly and professionally and have been a great wealth of information. When I injured my eye, they fit me into their schedule, for which I was grateful for and they don't push me to buy their glasses. At the end of the day I guess you get out of it what you put into your relationship with your providers. A good provider will have the tough conversations with you, even if you don't want to hear it so you have a clear understanding of how your non-compliance may impact your health. That doesn't make them rude or uncaring or unprofessional, but rather, just the opposite.“

“When you walk into Doctor Caldwell's office you are always greeted by the receptionist and signing is super easy. Once you get back, her assistants get all your eye stats quick and efficiently (everything is super clean) and get you back in a room! Dr. Julie is the best! She figures out exactly what is going on what your eyes and gets you into the glasses or contacts you need for a fair price. I've been going to her for over 10 years and she's hands down the best! Be sure to book your appointment in advance. Booking can sometimes be backed up!“
