This has been my optometrist for nearly 10 years, and I've always had a great experience with the staff and the products. Unfortunately, the frames on my new glasses were crooked when I picked them up. A staff member bent the earpieces to adjust them, and since I was on an extended lunch break, I accepted it and thought they would be ok. I had to take them back after two weeks because I couldn't wear them. A staff member bent the metal posts, which made the frames straight, but now the posts are noticeably crooked. My daughter and I have been seeing the Faulkners since 2015. I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews as I've never had an issue with Drs Julie and Lee or their staff. In fact, they have always treated us kindly and professionally and have been a great wealth of information. When I injured my eye, they fit me into their schedule, for which I was grateful for and they don't push me to buy their glasses. At the end of the day I guess you get out of it what you put into your relationship with your providers. I had my first appointment here yesterday and all I can say is after I had a bad experience elsewhere, I am SO HAPPY that I found them! Location is on a main road with easy access to a good sized parking lot. They had a cute fountain outside, which I just loved! Check in was super quick and easy. Receptionist was nice. Dr. Julie Faulkner had many other patients on this day and still got to me in a timely manner. I was seen within 10 min of arriving. She was very patient, while I asked what I felt like was a million questions, lol! She helped me with all my concerns and explained everything to me in detail. Cherry was AMAZING!
