Always super helpful and always helps me pick out the cutest glasses. All the girls are great, but she stands out. Always have. Dr. Shackelford is blessed to have her!!!! She makes sure everyone is taken care of. Never rushes the patients after being seen and getting their glasses and contacts. Gives all options available. Helps you pick out what fits you best whether it’s contacts, colored contacts, or glasses. Give this woman a raise !!!! Because of these two I will always be a customer at this place…..“

I love the glasses selections. I am always thankful of the guys opinion when I ask always lol. Very nice, respectful, friendly, and knowledgable place to go. Very quick in and out usually. Its also a plus that its beside Target lol.“

“I had my first appointment today and I was very pleased with the staff and Dr Carlson. They were friendly and efficient. My total visit took 30 minutes and that included picking out new frames. Very impressed!“
