As a first-time patient, you never know what to expect with a new office and/or staff; however, I am 110% satisfied with Master Eye Associates! Their appointment availability/ease of scheduling, staff, and the quality of their eye exams were amazing! I’m glad I selected this location to schedule my eye exam and will continue to use Master Wye Associates for all of my families vision needs now that I know what to expect with their service, procedures and professionalism.Thanks!
The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The expanded hours did not seem to disrupt their efficiency. Dr. Ngyn was excellent. I have extensive experience running an eye surgery center and was very impressed with her skill and professionalism with each examination which was completed.
Office staff was very cordial and professional. The fees were explained and detailed for me, and the staff was efficient in getting me in and out of the office. The optometrist was very cordial and explained everything to me, offered options and provided guidance.
