He was amazingly intuitive and observant in customizing a fitness program specific to my current fitness level and goals. He knows when to push a bit and when to change course if something isn’t working. He definitely does not practice a “cookie cutter one size fits all” method. He has extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as nutrition. He understands the connectivity relative to the “ flow” of each movement so that I could easily “ feel” the correct trajectory and focus on the specific muscle(s) that was my intention to work.
