I have been going to Elite for over a year now. They are very knowledgeable on how to help me meet my fitness and nutrition goals. They listen to me and adjust my workouts fit how my needs. They make me feel like I am a priority when I am there. I can't say enough good things about them all. Highly recommend

I have been a member for two months and this is the best place to change your life. I previously had major pain in my lower back and hips. There were mornings when I got out of bed I was in so much pain. I had trouble bending my knees in order to pick up something. I am normally very active person, and this pain prevented me from enjoying my daily activities. I am no longer in pain when I wake up, nor during the day. I can fall asleep at night without taking any medication, and I can squat again in order to work in the yard or pick up some thing off the floor. I highly recommend Tina and her team at Elite Fitness. My workouts are personalized and robust to give me what I needed, strength and balance. I could not be happier with my results and the whole experience at Elite!
