Victoria talked to me about my goals, and through thoughtfully prepared workouts and diet education we are working to achieve them. The facility is private and clean, with all the equipment we need. I have never felt uncomfortable during my work outs as it’s usually just me and her. Victoria has been knowledgable, flexible with my schedule, motivating, while always monitoring my technique to prevent injury.
