“I was looking for a personal trainer, as I had noticed changes to my body since I turned 40. I was referred to Demetrius and Victoria and it has been just what I was looking for. Victoria talked to me about my goals, and through thoughtfully prepared workouts and diet education we are working to achieve them. The facility is private and clean, with all the equipment we need. I have never felt uncomfortable during my work outs as it’s usually just me and her. Victoria has been knowledgable, flexible with my schedule, motivating, while always monitoring my technique to prevent injury. I highly recommend you give it a try and make the investment in yourself!“
