“Called them out to fix what seemed to be a thermostat problem. By the time the guy was done, I no longer had air conditioning in the middle of July. I did have air prior to the service technician coming out. His work left me without air conditioning for ten days in the hottest part of summer. I have two pets, so I couldn't impose them on anyone. Besides the service fees, I had to pay for a room at a motel. I don't recommend these guys!!!“

“Glad I got to this place early to back into dock!! This place is small! You can't back off the small 2lane road. You actually have to go into their parking lot where the cars park and blind back along side of bldg to the back where the dock is located !! I'm thankful though! But I drive a 18 wheeler sleeper big truck with a 53' trailer behind me! Crazy I know. Definitely need a little more room! Take care“

“The techs were all very professional and polite. I asked for a breakdown (parts, labor, supplies etc) of the final large bill along with the warranty and have not received it yet. The tech who put in the new coil had to wait for an hour for new refrigerant because some other tech had taken his truck. I certainly don't expect to pay for that hour since it was due to lack of coordination at the company. The HVAC is working fine. I would have rated them a five if I had the requested information.
Now its going onto 2 months since the work was done. I paid the first two smaller bills one to diagnose the problem and another to come out and check for the suspected leak. The estimate for replacing the coil which did have a leak was over $2000 and they did the work well. I told them I would pay but only after I got a breakdown of labor, parts etc and the warranty. When I called the person who gave me the estimate, it turns out she also orders all the parts and was swamped. I don't think I am being unreasonable in my request and I don't want to have a poor relationship with a contractor. Its obvious they need to hire more staff for the administrative work. I'm not sure where to go with this.“
