“I've used Affordability at multiple properties over the last 3-4 years and have always been satisfied. Recently had 2 units die at the same time (late July in the upper 90s all week...) Great value on 2 different brand new York systems - 1) 3.5 Ton packaged unit serving downstairs and 1) modulating split-system serving the upstairs which has always been 10 degrees warmer. Really happy with the value - especially on the upstairs unit - really efficient system, very quiet and a lot cheaper than the competition!“

They have done an amazing job troubleshooting our air conditioning system that was faulty due to poor AC installation from the original AC installation company during our office build in 2018. They were able to squeeze us into their schedule during their high volume season, much to our patients delight so they wouldn’t have to sit in a muggy healthcare office.
