They were great. When confirming the appointment, they asked what was happening with my heating system and when they arrived to fix it they had parts with them and did not have to order them. The service was awesome and quick.

Guaranteed Services showed up when they said they would - almost to the minute. Stayed in communication throughout the warranty repair process. Friendly, cheerful folks who did a quality install at a fair price. I would highly recommend Guaranteed Services.Service: A/C system repair

Guaranteed Services was assigned to us by our home warranty and we cannot say enough good things about them. Even though it took awhile to get the repair completed (back ordered parts) they kept us updated every step of the way. From the office staff to the techs that came out, both communication and service could not have been better, we highly recommend!
