6+ years of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and communication. James and his crew are always punctual and discuss everything they are doing. From wearing professional shoe coverings to efficiently fixing the issue they are addressing I couldn’t be happier with their company. They even take time to become friends with our dogs, I could not recommend this team more. We are on an annual service plan and I know my dogs look forward to their return visits.
Air quit cooling on a Friday night in July.Called Chris at Custom Comfort Solutions & they answered the phone. Said he would be out Saturday morning 8:30. He showed up when he said he would and got us up and running with cool air. They answer the phone and do what they say they gonna do. Highly Recommend!
These guys are wonderful. They explain everything going on. They make sure the job is done right and definitely do not overcharge. Outside of routine maintenance, they have come to my rescue twice and got me saqured away quickly.
