Very relaxing and positive experience! Great first impression of the salon and staff. Wide selection of colors/polishes/gels, including OPI. I chose the Green Tea Pedicure, which included a foot soak, feet and lower leg massages [bonus was the addition of the warm rocks], cuticle work, nail shaping, exfoliation to name just a few! Everything one would expect from a pedicure and more. Sam was my technician and I was very pleased with the outcome, and the shoulder massage while my little tootsies were drying was the icing on the cake. I additionally found the prices to be EXTREMELY reasonable. I have had pedicures while on vacation all over the U.S. and throughout other countries and this visit made me feel as though I was on vacation, minus the cocktail! I will be a returning customer! I got my money piece done a month ago and it DID NOT come out how I envisioned it but she’s helping me get to my vision and I am so excited! Mike did a great job cutting my hair. Very efficient and pays attention to his clients needs. You can tell he’s been doing this at a high level for a while because he asked me all the right questions of how I would prefer my cut and most barber I’ve had don’t do that. I am a very happy customer.
We went today and my son was a little unsure what he wanted for a haircut. He got a wonderful guy named Thony. My son went in there unsure of what we were going to walk out with considering his last cut wasn't what he wanted. We left today with "the best haircut of his life." We will be going back forever. I was very happy with my haircut. That's saying a lot because I recently moved back to Rhode Island after being married n Tampa the last 19 1/2 years. My son told me to try Louie's so I did. I told him briefly how I liked me hair, #1 on the sides and blend to the top cut with scissors. He hit the nail on the head first time. He has a new and faithful customer from now on. Who is very happy!
I took my 15 yr. Old son here for first time. We were immediately welcomed by both Chris and Connor. They both made us feel relaxed and comfortable! Connor welcomed all my concerns and questions and I didn't feel like I was 'annoying' him at all! Connor also asked my son questions and my son loved his haircut! We found our final barber 'home' Highly recommend!
Very user friendly place. I’ve been going there for some time and the guys there are fantastic. Donald is my primary barber but you can tell by the clientele that the barbers have very dedicated clients. The place is always clean and welcoming from the time you enter the business. Angel gives a great haircut/fade, beard trim, and throws in a lot of extra lotions, potions, heat, and facial massage for an overall great experience. I highly recommend his services! He goes above and beyond! Just be aware that if you have very sensitive skin, rosacea, etc., the lotions and potions can be irritating/burning to the skin, so I'd discuss with him ahead of time to make sure he only uses gentle products.

I found that their spray on tan lasts longer than anyother place. Believe me I've been to them all. The employees I found to be the nicest people. They help you with all the basic info with smiles I like that as I am 67 years old. They also are very respectful. That's why I rated them with 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

Wanted to get a little color before my vacation I felt a little embarrassed walking in because I didn’t really know what to expect being a guy (I know so tan) but I felt like I was welcome there everything was explained and I was showed everything. I’m glad I came.
I loved the outcome when I tried their youthful red light therapy here! The skin is rejuvenated in a wonderful way. The personnel is kind and well-informed about their services, and the salon is kept up nicely.
Great service! I had come in for a mani/pedi, and I had messed up a few of my nails while pulling down my sleeves while my nails were drying. They came over to check on me at the drying machine, noticed the nails, and fixed my mistakes free of charge! Very happy I came here :)
My new place!! I have been going to another nail salon for the past 2 years, but recently have been left disappointed on more than one occasion. My usual place is always overly crowded. Wait times can be lengthy. Appointments made are seldom honored. Lyia has now honored, kept and stood by the past 3 appointments I have made for myself and friends. (We had a group of 4) We were all serviced at the same time as requested. They had the decency to turn a few walk ins away because of our scheduled appointments. This is how you do business!!! Also, the nail techs actually were engaging with us and other clients in conversations. They made an effort to show that they care about their clients satisfaction, and not just talking amongst themselves. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I'm new to the state and having been looking for a new nail salon for the past four months. I decided to give them a try, and I believe I found my new favorite nail salon. This was my second time here, and I love how my nails come out. I get so many compliments. The only thing is, they don't have a private room to do eyebrows, but I can live with that.

This place had great variety and good service! Definitely recommend it for anyone with experience getting their nails done elsewhere, only because there can sometimes be a communication barrier (I had no issues but I saw a mom and daughter having some issues). My gel tip nails turned out good - but they’re great for the price ($75).
Cleanliness: It was pretty clean in there. Little things like slightly dirty floors and grimy UV lights, but UV lights kill bacteria and I wasn’touching the floors so it wasn't the end of the world.
This was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail salon! And it’s only a 10 minute walk from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I did a spa pedicure and SNS nails with tips added. They were very friendly, efficient, and my experience was very relaxing. They did massages with both the pedicure and the manicure, including a shoulder neck massage which was wonderful. Highly recommend!

This was my first time getting my hair cut at Knot Just Hair. I heard lots of great things about the place and they were all true. Gianna cut my hair and we already talked about when she can cut it next with a color as well.
This is my favorite place. Jasmine is an amazing stylist, whether it’s hair extensions, color, cut, style for a special occasion etc. And her availability is second to none. For a busy professional she always fits me in and it keeps me coming back. Prices are very competitive too. She is a wonderful, funny, compassionate lady. Five +++ stars.

I just went here to get my eyebrows threaded and had a great experience. It's always a little embarrassing for me to get my eyebrows threaded because I have dry eyes that will water at the slightest breeze, and every time I get my eyebrows threaded the water that falls from my eyes could cure a drought. But the woman was very nice and she did a fantastic job, it's been a year or longer since I last got them threaded, and they needed it! The place is also clean, and very comfortable! Definitely come here if you live in the area and need your eyebrows done.

Ducy is honestly an incredible human. I’ve never gone to a “holistic” therapist but let me tell you, I was missing out. You can tell and feel the difference of your usual massage verse the holistic approach massage. Ducy was personable, she listened to everything I said. She actually listened to me talk the entire time and never once made me feel like I was annoying. I felt completely comfortable and safe with her from the second I met her. I would recommend Ducy over any massage therapist ANY DAY.The day after: Ducy actually reached out to check in on how I was feeling.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Jim is wonderful. Called him Saturday at 430pm for a clogged tub and slow sink, and by Sunday at noon, all of my drains are better than new! Our furnace stopped working on the weekend and we were looking for someone to come in as soon as possible to check things out. Scheduling an online appointment was super easy with appointments available the next day (Sunday). I didn't even need to wait that long. Within an hour of making the appointment, the technician gave me a call and was on his way over that day. Chris was wonderful! My expectations for furnace repairs is always a little high and I was a bit worried about how much an emergency response repair would be. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, it was quite reasonable. Lovely service overall, definitely will use these guys again!
One of the best service experiences I've had during my three years in Providence, RI. My call for service was met with courteous customer service, and followed with an expedient service call to my home. My service pro Eric Jensen was the best of the best. He arrived in the estimated time given, was professional, thorough, and ensured the proposed solutions to my problems were the best fix, and in fact did fix the problems before declaring the job completed. Joyce Plumbing did an excellent job for me. Jim Joyce came within a few hours of my call to access my boiler situation. After his accessment and recommendation, I agreed on replacing my tankless hot water system to a separate steam boiler and hot water tank system. They came the next day 8 o'clock sharp. Their crew were courteous, friendly and highly efficient. They promised I will have heat & hot water by end of the day. They finished by 3 pm! They left their job site neat and clean. I was very pleased.

Andy (project leader) was terrific, worked hard, and was extremely helpful throughout the project. The owner, Brian, is incredibly knowledgable, and helped guide us in the right direction. We recently used Excellent Flooring Inc while renovating our property. We visited the store and were greeted promptly and welcomingly by an employee. We described what we were looking for and showed a picture and they offered us several samples that approximately matched the general wants we had in mind. The next time we met them we told them which sample we liked, they came over and did measurements, and soon after got to work on the job. The whole process was quick, easy, and frustration free and the job itself was done in a couple days and pricing was very competitive. I recently hired Barrett Hardwood Floors to refinish badly damaged fir floors in three rooms and two hallways and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the completed work. I found the team to be reliable and very responsive to all requests, questions and concerns. The need for cleanup on my part was minimal due to their extensive cleanup efforts. We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. The latest project was a multi-room renovation of our kitchen, powder room and the primary bathroom.
Our design consultant, Kingsley Catalucci, has always been a great listener who is collaborative in the design process and takes pride in making the design experience fulfilling for the customer. Scott Erno, who was our project manager all three times, is a consummate professional who cares about his work and is meticulous in completing his work to the highest standards. Scott was on the job every day, making sure that work was proceeding according to schedule and that it was done at the highest level of workmanship. Our design build coordinator, Craig Berube, is very accommodating and helpful. In addition, he caught a number of plumbing and electrical problems that needed to be addressed as well as a gas leak we were not aware of.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied customers and honestly couldn’t imagine having a better experience with the renovation process. From the first design meeting with Kingsley to the on-time completion of the project, Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath exceeded all of our expectations. RIKB is a top notch company from top to bottom and it runs like a well-oiled machine.

We hired RI Design Build for a major transformation of our home in Narragansett. It included a large addition with a 3 car garage with bonus room above, mud room, porch and deck, renovating the kitchen, building out a master suite and bath, complete all new fascia boards, soffits, siding, roofing etc. Rob and his team were responsive throughout the entire process and provided a lot of feedback an ideas along the way. He hit his estimated budget and provided details of expenses throughout the project, enabling us as owners to make educated decisions on revisions and ideas. I would confidently recommend RI Design & Build. I know they have received inquiries from some of my neighbors who were impressed with the pace of the project and the final outcome.
Elan and his crew replaced our wood deck with a larger Trex deck with stainless steel rails and cables.(close-up to show how cables disappear from view). They replaced the stairs as well. It was a pleasure to plan this project with Elan. Everything went well from start to finish, and price was reasonable. Recommend highly.

Caesar came by today and took care of 3 wasp nests and a pancake nest on my deck in no time! He’s amazing, always polite and so respectful!! Treesdelivered has an amazing selection, in my case I found a hard to find tree (European Pyramidal Hornbeam) and a very nice size abortive. All their trees and plants are super healthy even this time of year in the fall. The team is friendly and offers a wealth of knowledge. They also linked us up with an excellent company, Pristine Landscape, to do the install as well as synched a timely delivery. The goats on site are also a plus!!
Violet Hill is terrific! They not only delivered a beautiful tree, they did all the digging and planting in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. Chris was great to deal with, as well as the gentlemen who did the planting.

The process is very thorough; X-Rays, a treatment plan, traction (which feels wonderful!), detailed exercises/ stretches, and adjustments when needed. The office team is exceptional, they are always kind and provide a genuine greeting. I highly recommend Dr. Enos and team!

I would give Dr. Malchar 10 stars if possible. She is a excellent and second to none in her craft. I have been a patient for less than one year and by my third visit I was pain free. I love her holistic approach to each treatment she recommends. The type of tools and machine she uses are amazing, I do not think nobody in RI has the technology she has. She offers a type of expertise that no other chiropractor has in the area. I have been able to use her experience to help my own patients. We love West Shore Animal Clinic! They take the best care of our puppy and two cats. Everyone there, from vets to vet techs to receptionists, is wonderfully kind and caring. Very friendly and informative with the procedures that need to be done to your animal. They are very pet friendly and are helpful to calm your animal down during the visit. Olivia did a lovely job on my two dogs! One of my dogs is a bit fresh when it comes to grooming, but Olivia had no trouble with either of them! Definitely coming back!
Karen and Sandi are great. My dog, Ginger, can be extremely difficult and unpredictable. Karen and Sandi treated her in such a way that she never, ever had an incident while groomed by them. They always described Ginger as "no problem at all". The cuts were always the right balance between to short and not enough. Thanks RT!!
I can’t say enough how amazing this place is. I brought in both my dogs, a super anxious 17 year old malti-poo rescue and a malinois. They gave my senior dog a medicated bath and they had him looking wonderful. First time he has ever come back from a groomers and not been a shaking mess. My hyper Malinois came back with a full de-shed, short nails ( no floor clicking!!) We have gone back 3 times now, and both dogs actually wag their tails when we show up, to go with their friends. I can’t say enough how much of a surprise it was to find this place. Both Jessie and Alisha have worked on my dogs and I highly recommend them!
My loves the people (and dogs here) significantly more than he loves anyone or anything else on earth. This is his favorite place in the world. The rates are reasonable and the staff is always awesome.
