I came to Target Optical to get a new pair of glasses. My experience was absolutely terrific!!!! I was overwhelmed by all the choices and Misty helped me narrow it down to a couple pairs of glasses. She was so so helpful in helping me choose the glasses that looked best and was very honest whether they were a good fit! Misty was so patient with me and really made my experience here lovely!!! I just went back to pick up my second pair and she helped me again as well!!! Her co-worker was also there when I was trying on glasses and she was great as well and gave me honest feedback! Thank you ladies!!!
My go to for Eyewear! Misty is excellent to work with. I have dealt with other staff who have all been kind and helpful too . However Misty is exceptional!! Unbelievable customer care
I went to Optical for help with re-screwing my 10 year old son's glasses. The worker quickly helped me and in no time had the glasses back in my hands.Thank you for being so kind and helpful ?
