I was a little anxious about making an appointment (I was 230 pounds, considered obese), but I wanted to make a change for myself. So, when I met up with the trainer Will Wu (which also the owner of the gym), he gave off a very positive and passionate vibe for working out. He works with you every step of the way depending on how many days he meets with you. For me it’s only been two days a week. But in these past months he gave us (joined with my girlfriend) motivation to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally with how Will pushes you. Now I’m 215 and I can physically see a change in myself. So, if you are someone who wants to make a change for the better, will highly recommend this place to anyone.“

She said Kerry Taylor was the person I need to see as she has known him for 15 plus years. When I met Kerry I explained I need more strength and flexibility to improve my golf game. “Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“

“STF is the best gym I have joined. I have been a member for 15 years. I love Zumba & muscles in motion. There is a full schedule for each month, which includes specialty classes. They have a spin room, an aerobics room, locker rooms, etc. It is very clean & the owners always keep up the gym. There is plenty of parking, which makes it easy to drive up & run in. There is towel service & childcare for those who need it. Ryan makes the best protein shakes. The team & owners are the best ! It is also very affordable.
