“My mom started going to see Thiago years ago for group classes and raved about him. I no longer live in RI, but when I visit I frequently attend Thiago's classes. They are the best! I really enjoy the balance of strength-building and conditioning workouts. Plus they are really fun. Great music, great energy. Thiago is very attentive to everyone in the class and really makes you feel like part of a community.“

“I have never heard of Formless Fitness (FF)before. I was just scrolling Google for gyms, until one day I saw “FF”. I was a little anxious about making an appointment (I was 230 pounds, considered obese), but I wanted to make a change for myself. So, when I met up with the trainer Will Wu (which also the owner of the gym), he gave off a very positive and passionate vibe for working out. He works with you every step of the way depending on how many days he meets with you. For me it’s only been two days a week. But in these past months he gave us (joined with my girlfriend) motivation to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally with how Will pushes you. Now I’m 215 and I can physically see a change in myself. So, if you are someone who wants to make a change for the better, will highly recommend this place to anyone.“

“Seeing IRV FIT'S Instagram's ad sparked my fitness gear back up in full power. I always have been a gym "shark" type of person, but recently have been slacking. I always wanted a trainer to push me more. Doing the 6 week challenge really helped me out tremendously. I went from 176 pounds to 160lbs , 27 % body fat to 19% body fat level. If you follow the challenge, you will see the results. Nutrient plan is very easy and tasty. It's been 5 months and I am still eating the same way, healthy and clean. I feel great mentally and physically. Thank you to Ryan, George and, that Hannah! for being my support. “I had sworn off gyms for life over 20 years ago...the result of that decision spoke for itself. Then a friend and I joined the 2023 LBD Challenge. It was literally a lifesaver!! I can't say enough about the great women that train here and the owners and trainers themselves! Everyone was friendly and encouraging from Day 1. The classes and nutritional guidance is phenomenal. Besides the weight and inches I lost in the challenge, I've learned to cook and eat healthy! And the ultimate bonus? “Where to even begin! I have been with Karen for a year now! What she has done to my life is immeasurable. I came to her at my heaviest weight, unconfident and feeling the worst about my body. I knew I needed a change! Over the past year she has kicked my butt and whipped me into shape! She started off slow and kept building and building every week. Each week I was amazed at things I could do so much better than the week before. She pushes you through even when you want to give up because she sees the potential in someone and she won't give up on you! She has not only helped me lose 30lbs and change my body in so many ways but she has also given me so much self confidence and made me feel so strong. I never thought I would look at a progress photo and see what I see. I still have lots more work to do but I can't imagine doing it with anyone else. One last thing- if you are overweight like me starting a fitness journey can seem impossible and I understand that totally but anything you think that you CANT do, Karen will show you that you CAN. Sarah became State Champion in her Junior year and adding the structure of Primal and training of Matt & staff enhanced Sarah's focus and dedication to lifting and sports. “Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“

“If you have no motivation and are looking to get in shape the right way, look no further than here. Alan is a professional. Tracking measurements, weight, BMI, exercises, you name it. He'll even come up with a meal plan that works in your favor as it doesn't create a sudden change in diet. The prices he charges are definitely fair for the quality of the sessions, which are no longer than an hour, and no less than 45 minutes. All professional equipment and a clean environment. I would highly recommend him for your fitness goals!“
