He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. “To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with. We hired Adel home service last summer to install new service line from our main box in the basement to our pool.
Ray and his sone showed up and they were the lowest bidder. Ray the owner was extremely knowledgeable and very very aware of what is needed as far as the service and the requirements for the pool bonding and grounding to obtain the permit which he applied for . The work was done professionally and on time . Ray and his son took the extra steps in repairing and installing 2 outlets around the house free of charge.

“I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. I have found my regular plumber for future needs!“
