I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. Would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions. We needed a large project done. Got a number or estimates. This company was the most reasonable. Returned our phone call promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner. Greg was knowledgeable and informative explaining what he was doing. Should we need a plumber again, we will be calling Plumber Solutions.

We had an "atmospheric river" deliver 18 hours of heavy rain. Sadly, the sump pump in my basement gave up the ghost right then, resulting in basement flooding. I called this company for assistance and Greg came over within an hour. There was so much water under the basement slab that the new sump pump couldn't easily be installed. Greg left his own pump there for the the next six hours to drain more water. He also identified that the second sump pump on the opposite side of the house wasn't working.
