“We had Aria redo our entire first floor with Coretec LVP. We had a mix of carpet and glued down engineered hardwood and they did a wonderful job. They took care to minimize dust from digging up the hardwood and even sent a cleaner in after! They did the floors while we were on vacation and went out of their way to keep us updated with texts and pictures. We couldn't be any happier with how the floors turned out. From start to finish they were there to provide guidance, information and help. Highly recommend!“

“Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report. Going into my fourth month trying to get a floor installed and their customer service is terrible. Today they said I'm not their customer (even though I paid more than $3,500 for the floor) becasue I bought it through my contractors trade account. They don't call back, they don't stand by their product and they don't help when something goes wrong. Update -- the store has since rectified the situation. They have allowed me to return the floor and I picked out a new floor in its place. Fingers crossed this one is ok“

“Dean and his crew did an amazing job redoing my hardwood floors. All of the grime and paint from the previous owners were removed and sanded down beautifully.
