“Rob and his crew did a great job on my antique pine floors! My house dates 1855, not sure how old the floors are but decades at least. They were in clear need of refinishing and in some spots repair (see first two pics) and they turned out great (second two pics). Rob was professional and communicative throughout. I’m a very detailed person so I noticed a few spots that weren’t quite perfect at first; even though you wouldn’t notice without looking for them he was happy to have them cleaned up right away before we called the job 100%, which really shows pride in his work. Would definitely use them again!“

“I chose Sobrinski for a simple repair without knowing anything about them and simply cannot express how pleased I am. I cannot say enough about how well I was taken care of from start to finish. There employees are professional, detail oriented and very respectful of my home. In addition to the painters they also supplied the electrician, carpenter, tile fitter, granite installer and their design consultant Michele who took the time to walk me through picking paint colors, granite color, and backsplash tile. She was awesome in every way. I ended up having my kitchen completely remodeled and decided to also do crown molding throughout the house. The whole team at Sobrinski Painting is fantastic and my husband and I are very impressed and will definitely be working with them in the future..“

“Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report. Going into my fourth month trying to get a floor installed and their customer service is terrible. Today they said I'm not their customer (even though I paid more than $3,500 for the floor) becasue I bought it through my contractors trade account. They don't call back, they don't stand by their product and they don't help when something goes wrong. Update -- the store has since rectified the situation. They have allowed me to return the floor and I picked out a new floor in its place. Fingers crossed this one is ok“
