Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report.
