“I have used R&S in two houses for multiple projects. In my first home, they were the flooring contractor that our builder used for our hardwood. Over time we added hardwood to our family room and kitchen. Even though that wood was installed years later, everything "matched."We moved in 2020 into an older home that had hardwood floors throughout most of the house, though mostly they were "well-loved." Our first project was to remove a wall in between the kitchen and living room - and extend the hardwood from the living room through the kitchen and hallway. R&S feathered in the new hardwood with the old, and refinished everything to match - you cannot tell where the old floor ends and the new begins.This year we had them sand and refinish two additional rooms on the first floor to match the kitchen. Their work was once again wonderful - you would not know the floors were finished at different times.Everyone we have worked with over the years has been professional, kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend R&S - and have to many friends!Services: Install flooring“

“I chose Sobrinski for a simple repair without knowing anything about them and simply cannot express how pleased I am. I cannot say enough about how well I was taken care of from start to finish. There employees are professional, detail oriented and very respectful of my home. In addition to the painters they also supplied the electrician, carpenter, tile fitter, granite installer and their design consultant Michele who took the time to walk me through picking paint colors, granite color, and backsplash tile. She was awesome in every way. I ended up having my kitchen completely remodeled and decided to also do crown molding throughout the house. The whole team at Sobrinski Painting is fantastic and my husband and I are very impressed and will definitely be working with them in the future..“

The experience was positive from the sales person John, to the in home measurements by Jeff,the scheduling by Ralph and the installation by Tony. Tony with his 40 years experience did a fantastic job. Looks great.“
“Rob and his crew did a great job on my antique pine floors! My house dates 1855, not sure how old the floors are but decades at least. They were in clear need of refinishing and in some spots repair (see first two pics) and they turned out great (second two pics). Rob was professional and communicative throughout. I’m a very detailed person so I noticed a few spots that weren’t quite perfect at first; even though you wouldn’t notice without looking for them he was happy to have them cleaned up right away before we called the job 100%, which really shows pride in his work. Would definitely use them again!“

“Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report. Going into my fourth month trying to get a floor installed and their customer service is terrible. Today they said I'm not their customer (even though I paid more than $3,500 for the floor) becasue I bought it through my contractors trade account. They don't call back, they don't stand by their product and they don't help when something goes wrong. Update -- the store has since rectified the situation. They have allowed me to return the floor and I picked out a new floor in its place. Fingers crossed this one is ok“
