It didn't matter that my frame was purchased somewhere else.They were able to repair my glasses! My frame was totally broken on the left side. I was amazed they could fix them! There was a small fee of $15, which I gladly paid.Also, I was also able to purchase a brand new pair of glasses at a very reasonable price with all the perks.The staff was wonderful & helpful.
