“My family and I have been going here for years. I stopped in last week and had a woman I never met before help me. I just wanted to take my time and look at glasses in peace and quiet. I told her I had no limit on what I could spend. Without even asking me what I liked she kept handing me random pairs of the cheaper glasses. After turning down about a dozen pairs she handed me she got visibly upset then laughed at me because I was being to picky. I got frustrated with her and before I left she complained about having to deactivate my prescription in their system. I just wanted glasses and she was getting in my last nerve and being way too snarky. Since I like going there I’ll go back later and hopefully not have to be helped by her again.“

The first woman I talked to was rude and sent me into a panic spiral thinking I was going to be blind until I could get an appointment! Called back again and good ol’ Barry heard an ear full (if he could even understand me through my tears!!)and had me a trial pair of contacts within moments. Thank you to Barry! Your kindness on the phone meant a lot!“

“I was going to another eye doctor for a few years and my eyes just didn’t seem right since I started seeing them. Finally, this year my glasses bothered me so much I came here in hopes they could help me and they did! Everyone was super friendly and Dr. Weld listened to what I had to say and took her time in finding what I really need. I will definitely be continuing to have them as my eye doctor!“

He took the time to align my glasses properly and gave me lessons on how to use them. I would highly recommend Bj's optical and Nick.“
“Listen, you can't put a price on vision. Yea, we (my wife and I) paid out of pocket for our son to do this therapy (no we ain't rich). It worked. We did the homework with him and followed their plan and we could not be happier. What if all you saw when playing catch with your loved one's was 2 balls coming at you? Yea, they fixed that and then some. So, yea I found a way to get the $. All my boy wants to do anymore is play catch, and i'm happy to oblige!“
