Dr. Lubart was extremely kind and took his time with the exam. Scott was also friendly and efficient with the contact lens ordering and insurance process. Chris cheerfully scheduled my appointment quickly and did the pre-exam glaucoma test . “The doc changed my contact prescription. I was given a trial pair. The new prescription didn't work. I needed to go back to my original prescription. For nearly 3 weeks I went back and forth with the staff. I went in for what I thought would be my last time coming here to try to get my contacts ordered. I spoke with Connie. Connie did her research in to the case. Only took a few minutes. Connie needed a signature from the doctor. I already new this for about 3 weeks. Connie assured my she will talk with doc and get this finalized. She told me the days/hours she was working and if I didn't hear from her to call by the end of the next day. Connie calls me back and all was taken care of over the phone. It was simple, but it should have been this simple from the beginning. If you need something done. Talk with Connie. She knows how to get things done. Seems to be a rare trait these days.“
“My family and I have been going here for years. I stopped in last week and had a woman I never met before help me. I just wanted to take my time and look at glasses in peace and quiet. I told her I had no limit on what I could spend. Without even asking me what I liked she kept handing me random pairs of the cheaper glasses. After turning down about a dozen pairs she handed me she got visibly upset then laughed at me because I was being to picky. I got frustrated with her and before I left she complained about having to deactivate my prescription in their system. I just wanted glasses and she was getting in my last nerve and being way too snarky. Since I like going there I’ll go back later and hopefully not have to be helped by her again.“
