“Dr. Hartzell is very thorough and compassionate in her exams and surgery. However, I am adding that I think it is time for them to loosen their mask policy. Over this past year I have been seen by many different medical facilities and some places state that it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask. Others state still mandatory, however once inside and in the room with the doctors, they said I could remove my mask. The masks do not prevent the spread of COVID! Being vaccinated doesn’t prevent COVID or stop you from spreading the disease. Can we just get back to living our lives normally again? Plus mask wearing has increased eye infections.“

For my newest pair of glasses the temple tips were very uncomfortable but Brian was able to actually change the hardware around the ears and they’re perfect now and so comfortable – it was like magic! John and Brian are very professional, courteous and passionate about what they do. Do not go anywhere else when you need new glasses!“
