Babineau Opticians is the best! I’ve been going there for years and every time it’s the same superb service provided by John and Brian! They have a ton of frames to choose from and they really know their products, and how to fit your glasses properly. If you love your current frames and just need new lenses for your new prescription, they can order the lenses, then swap them in your current frames while you wait. For my newest pair of glasses the temple tips were very uncomfortable but Brian was able to actually change the hardware around the ears and they’re perfect now and so comfortable – it was like magic! The opticians at Babineau are incredibly understanding and helpful. I ran out of contacts and ordered new ones around a month ago, and they were not coming in time for my vacation due to a backlog from the distributor. Every eye office/store I visited was unable to find a solution or give me trial contacts for even a few days. When I came to Babineau and explained the situation, they immediately looked into it and contacted the warehouses directly. They were able to get me a temporary supply of contacts within a single day. I am so so grateful for their help, especially Brian. Their professionalism and willingness to help is outstanding.
