The doc changed my contact prescription. I was given a trial pair. The new prescription didn't work. I needed to go back to my original prescription. For nearly 3 weeks I went back and forth with the staff. I went in for what I thought would be my last time coming here to try to get my contacts ordered. I spoke with Connie. Connie did her research in to the case. Only took a few minutes. Connie needed a signature from the doctor. I already new this for about 3 weeks. Connie assured my she will talk with doc and get this finalized. She told me the days/hours she was working and if I didn't hear from her to call by the end of the next day. The staff is amazing! So friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! They took time with me in choosing my glasses, and we very kind to my son who had to attend my appointment with me. They’re definitely my go to from now on!!! Ms. Karen is absolutely delightful!!!

My husband and I have been coming to My Eye Dr's for years and never felt such a need to leave a review until we came to this location on White Street. Karen at the front desk greeted us both everytime with such kindness and made us feel instantly welcomed like she knew us already. From there, all the staff was friendly, informative with almost no wait and quick appointments for us both. Would absolutely recommend for anyone using self pay or insurance!
