“I would like to add to my initial 2 star review. After I left my review, Dr Hudish called me and thanked me for the review, and apologized for the frustrating experience I have had reaching someone at the office. She told me she plans to hire someone to cover the front desk for a smoother experience. I really appreciated her sincere call and her determination to make things better. I work in a similar setting and in a similar role, and I can honestly say it is rare that someone would personally respond to a 2 star review and say thank you, or use the feedback to make positive changes. Healthcare providers (in any field) like that are very hard to find. I have great respect for her because of that, and I'm changing the 2 review star review to 5.***************************************Dr Hudish and her staff are very kind and professional, but I can never reach anyone at the office. I have left message after message on both their numbers and nobody ever returns my calls.After I purchased contact lenses, there was a rebate I could apply for. I was supposed to get a copy of the itemized receipt in my email but did not receive it. Their office says they provided me with a receipt and the rebate info but I do not recall this as I was told it would be in my email. I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they did give me a hard copy, and I could have misplaced it, but regardless, I called and called and called, almost every week for at least a month so I could get another copy of the receipt. I called over a week ago and actually did speak to someone, but they never called me back with the info I needed. I called again today and reached someone again, and she didn't know what I was talking about and wanted to know how I knew there was a rebate! (the office told me about it which weighed in my decision as to which lenses I wanted).Well now 60 days have passed and I am no longer eligible for the rebate. I am not sure I will be returning to this office. They are nice people and I like Dr Hudish, but there is something wrong when I cant reliably reach someone on the phone for weeks at a time, especially when I could have saved $100 on those contact lenses. Things are expensive enough, and I could have used that money.“

Each of them was friendly, professional, and thorough.Barb was so friendly and helpful, assisting me in my selection and fitting for glasses. “Went to the store, which has a nice sized parking lot by the way, to have them look at repairing a year old pair of Ray Ban and Hugo Boss glasses. They fixed the nose pad on the Ray Bans and twisted the frame of the Hugo Boss glasses to get them back in line. Very friendly people, great service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend.“

“This was my first visit here, I would rate it higher if I could, the staff was extremely nice, very helpful especially when I couldn't find the right frames I liked, the woman doing fittings asked me what I liked and brought some out from the back and she had the ones I liked a lot and chose. “Got exams done for my daughter and I and everyone was great, didn’t have to wait at all for both appointments (different days) the staff is great from Dr Weaver to Ashley on the front desk.But I want to give a shout out to Lori that helped on with our prescriptions she is amazing, she helped with my glasses after I picked up and went home I needed adjusted and she did and it looks and feel great now. But what really impressed me was her helping my 11 year old, she is a pre teen really hard to please. I was ready to be there for hours with her to choose her glasses but Lori was able to understand her and find her what she needed and made the process so easier and quick. I will sure going back there next year and recommend it for everyone.“

“I'm undecided on how to rate this but I'm kind of bothered by my last visit and wondering why certain procedures were skipped. I was happy that the doctor told me I didn't need to dilate but now wondering why. Also, wondering why she didn't perform the test for glaucoma and cataracts because the previous year, that doctor performed everything. I am now thinking that she was in a rush to get through appointments. She just told me I was good and didn't have glaucoma or cataracts but how would she have known, if she skipped the tests? She was okay but I think I'll ask for the doctor I had the previous year. I hope my exam is accurate.“
