The entire experience was great!! I have no complaints. Solomon is the perfect man for the job, he was patient with me and my questions, explains everything and was very knowledgeable with the equipment. Eye med insure covered most of the expenses making it affordable for me which was also nice!
Solomon was EXCELLENT.He was patient and kind with all of the patients that entered the office. I was beyond impressed with his willingness to take on the responsibility of many roles during my time at the office from helping different customers with different needs while still maintaining excellent customer service.
Solomon was profession, patient and fast. I had never used the new scanning technology and he lead me through everything quickly and efficiently. Great experience and I will be back.
