“After having leaks patched for the fifth time on my 22 yr. old roof it was time to replace it, and after having 4 roof estimates it was an easy choice to go with Jeff at Cabrera Contracting, 231 Bakers Basin Rd., Lawrenceville, NJ 08648, 609-468-2591. He was the nicest guy with the best price and he didn't try selling me cheaper grade materials at a lower price & warranty as an option like some of the other roofers did! He uses top end materials that will last the longest and perform the best. We had our old chimney stuccoed and fixed, new attic fan, gable vents installed, house roof (w/ridge vent), deck roof, entrance roof and shed roof (also w/ridge vent) done in a very timely manner (the main roofs were all done in 1 day!). My wife and I both agree that Jeff Cabrera is the nicest, most caring person we've ever hired for work on our house. He takes extreme pride in his work and only knows how to do things right and wants to see you happy with the job from the beginning to clean up! We have nothing but compliments from our neighbors on how good our house looks and we have been recommending and giving his phone # to everyone.“

“Bought an old house, needed a fair amount of renovation. First job, porch roof sagging. Second, leaking roof. This was my approach to selecting a contractor. Online reviews, asking friends, driving around and counting contractor lawn signs; you would be surprised how many there are when you start looking for them!! MAK was the clear winner!I called MAK, and had an immediate response from Marcin. Quoted the jobs right away and the price was really good. Once I said OK, it was game on! I came home from work and the porch was half done!! Then it was all done! The roof obviously needed some good weather to replace. Marcin always communicated on status and schedule.
