“Geno was great! We had four roofers and a HVAC person out to diagnose a leak coming into a bedroom from a vent. Some sent up drones, others looked in the attic. They could not figure it out. I called Geno and he was in the area so he stopped by within 20 minutes. He climbed on the roof and diagnosed the problem immediately which was separated caulking on the dormer above the leak. Geno came over two days later to caulk and replace vent pipe collars just in case. Problem solved at a reasonable price. Thank you Geno!“

“Umbrella Roofing is the poster business for customer service. Ed provided a thorough and comprehensive review of the issues with our roof including some root causes of the issues. He provided pictures and took the time to give explanations and education of basic roof installation. Although his estimate for the repairs was more than another estimate, the repairs were more comprehensive to resolve the immediate issues and position us to have the roof last. Umbrella Roofing also set us up to have the regular maintenance done to ensure the roof lasts and meets the performance expectations. Our roof was supposed to be a brand new roof so we did not except to have leaks or have a major repair less than 2 years after having the new roof was installed. Umbrella's entire team is great! Jessica in the front office actually answers the phone and returns phone calls. If there are questions she gets answers. The Project Manager Melvin is also great at communicating with customers and making sure the job gets done and done right. The installation team was efficient and did great work. Of course Ed came to ensure everything was completed and completed correctly in the scope of work. He showed pictures of the completed work. The great thing about Umbrella Roofing is they provide a cost estimate that documents all the work they will perform and answer any and all questions. You also get before and after pictures as well as pictures of the work as it was being done. I highly recommend Umbrella Roofing without reservation! Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is awesome!“
“We hired USA ROOF MASTERS to install a new roof, and to replace the Dormers of our home.The salesperson Jim Kovac, In my opinion, he's a great asset to your company! Very friendly and knowledgeable.The 2nd person we delt with was Matt O'Shaugnessy, who kept in contact with us via email or text every day informing us of when the crew would be here to start... We had lots of bad weather to work around! The 3rd person we delt with was Dave Torres and crew. Dave, also a very nice man and was very friendly and knowledgeable. “I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. Ken came out, inspected the damage, I had a quote by that evening and told us to pick a day the next week to have it done. They were in and out in one day, as he said they would be, and left zero evidence that they were there! They went above and beyond with repairing a few other small issues we had from the storm also! His guys even removed our solar lights out front before starting that we forgot to remove before leaving for the day (we were supposed to remove everything before the work was to start).
