5 stars! I highly recommend roofs by tip top! My project manager (Brett) was beyond amazing. The office staff and project manager were always there to answer calls, questions, and made the process very easy. This is the first vendor I ever worked that answered a phone call at 8pm! The project started and finished on time and the craftsmanship was perfect. I can not say enough wonderful things about everyone I worked with - and without hesitation recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. A+++++

From day one our contact has been nothing but professional and very responsive even after being made to jump through hoops by my insurance company who fought us for over 5 months. Every delay experienced was strictly due to my insurance company. My next door neighbors roof was done within 1 month of the storm. The folks that did the tear down and reinstall were very efficient and really put in the hours to get closed up before an incoming storm. They even added more guys to achieve this goal. The care taken to clean up after such a messy job was extremely thorough. There is zero chance we would of been able to get this done without their entire team!
