He went over how to prep for the installation and explained the process in detail. Actual installation took place about two months later. His crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Five guys came to remove the carpet and vinyl flooring. Clean up was thorough. Chris and Adam were superb at installing the hardwood floors. We really appreciate their patience and hard work. Jim had scheduled three days for the project. It took them two and a half to have a marvelous job done. Our family room and kitchen look so beautiful with the hardwood floors. “We had Painting by Shane out about a year ago to put an epoxy coating on my concrete patio. Adrien was the installer and he did an incredible job. His attention to detail and proffessionalism was excellent and very much appreciated. The coating looks as good as the day he installed it and we couldn't be happier. “Be wary. I purchased a floor from them November 10th. It was on a slight backorder at that time but they pushed the backorder date to mid then late December. They never called me when it came in. When we received it the installer claimed the floor was defective. General says the installer is one of their best but won't do the right thing. They have sent claim inspectors that didn't show. They then sent an inspector that didn't inspect the product (only inspected the floor) and gave incorrect information in the report. Going into my fourth month trying to get a floor installed and their customer service is terrible. Today they said I'm not their customer (even though I paid more than $3,500 for the floor) becasue I bought it through my contractors trade account. They don't call back, they don't stand by their product and they don't help when something goes wrong. Update -- the store has since rectified the situation. They have allowed me to return the floor and I picked out a new floor in its place. Fingers crossed this one is ok“

The porch and patio not only look fantastic but have a non-slip surface that's really appreciated. We got to custom design the colors used, and John could not have been more professional and precise. It was $1000 less than the other estimate, and our salesperson, Chris, was informative, patient, and pleasant. After my wife and I each picked the carpet for our rooms (his and hers offices), he came to the house to measure, and we scheduled the installation. The installation team was nice, efficient, and clean, and we're very happy with our new carpets! One small disclaimer - Lomax has the standard first-rate carpet options that you'll find at all stores, but they make their big money off buying seconds, leftovers, irregulars and the like cheap and passing on low prices to the consumer, hence the big savings we experienced. We were fine with one-of-a-kinds for our rooms, so if you are as well, you'll see big savings too! Ask for Chris!!“
